Meet Our Ambassadors
Joining Litero as an ambassador felt nothing like the usual student ‘internship’ nonsense. Instead of making slides nobody reads, I got to actually help my classmates use AI for their studies — and I got paid for it.
The Litero fellowship gave me room to explore AI in education without drowning in busywork. I tested new features, wrote about them, and even influenced product changes. For a part-time student role, it felt surprisingly impactful — and flexible enough that I never had to skip a lecture.
I signed up for the writing internship thinking it would be another boring thing, but Litero actually listened to my ideas. I was testing tools my friends now use every day. I’m glad I found such a paid student work that feels relevant.
FAQ
Do I need to study on campus to join?
No. All roles are remote-friendly. If you’re on campus, that’s a bonus, not a requirement.
How much time do these roles take?
Around 5–6 hours per week. Enough to matter, still light enough to fit around classes, part-time jobs, and life.
Do I need to be an AI expert?
Not at all. You just need to be curious, willing to try Litero, and comfortable sharing honest feedback.
How are payments handled?
Ambassadors and interns are paid $22/hour (remote) or $25/hour (on campus).
Fellows receive a $700/month stipend (remote) or $800/month (on campus).
Payments are monthly via PayPal or Wise.
What will I actually do?
Depends on the role, but always hands-on: sharing tips, testing features, running mini-projects, giving feedback, and joining short team calls. Never “fetch coffee” or sit in silence.
How do I apply?
Each role starts with a 5-minute Litero task + a short application form. We review submissions weekly and reply within 7 days. If you’re selected, you’ll sign a short contractor agreement before starting.
What countries are eligible to apply from?
US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
