Cancellation Policy
1. Automatic Renewal
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed using the payment method on file until explicitly canceled by the user.
2. Cancellation Process
- You can cancel your Litero.ai subscription at any time through your account settings.
- To cancel your subscription and any further charges, log in to your Litero.ai account, go to "Manage plan," then to "Billing center," and select "Cancel plan."
- Alternatively, you can send an email cancellation request to support@litero.ai..
- You will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
- In most cases, payments for Litero.ai subscriptions are not refundable.
- However, if you request a refund within 2 days of the subscription charge, a refund for the last charge may be considered at our discretion.
- If you encounter technical issues with the product, we request that you schedule a Google Meet screen-sharing call with our support team to provide a demonstration of the issue. This allows us to address and resolve the problem promptly. A refund for the last charge may be considered at our discretion.
- If a refund is approved for any reason, the subscription will be canceled immediately, and access to Litero.ai's premium features will cease.
2. Process for Requesting a Refund
- Please send your refund request to support@litero.ai., including the date of purchase and the reason for the request. We may require additional information and/or a scheduled call to verify the claim.
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days and credited back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
