ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms form a binding contract between you and LITERO.

By accessing or using the LITERO Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the LITERO Service.

CREATING A USER ACCOUNT

To access certain features of the LITERO Service, you may need to create a User Account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your User Account, including unauthorized activity. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

USING THE LITERO SERVICE AND RESTRICTIONS

You must use the LITERO Service only for your personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You must not:

YOUR USER CONTENT

The Service allows you to submit textual content ("Input") and receive textual content ("Output"), collectively "User Content."

Output may resemble that produced for other users. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of Output for your intended use.

Ownership of Output generated for other users is not granted to you.

LITERO'S PAID SERVICE

Some aspects of the Service are free; others are available via a Paid Service.

To subscribe, you must create a User Account and provide payment via an accepted method ("Payment Method"). By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees shown ("Fees") and any applicable taxes. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled.

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time by contacting Customer Support via your account settings page or emailing support@litero.ai. Subscription benefits continue until the end of your billing cycle.

All Fees are non-refundable unless:

If you purchase a Paid Service through a third party, additional terms may apply.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Third Party Services may be linked or integrated. We are not responsible for them. Review their privacy policies and terms separately.

TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate these Terms, suspend, or disable your access without notice if you breach these Terms or applicable policies.

Provisions intended to survive termination will remain in effect.

TAKE-DOWN REQUESTS

We prohibit posting content that violates laws or others' rights. Report any infringing content via support@litero.ai. Misrepresentations may result in liability.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in London, England.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LITERO regarding your use of the Service.

LITERO reserves all rights not expressly granted. Our rights and remedies are cumulative. No failure or delay in exercising any right shall constitute a waiver.
