2. Cancellation Process
- You can cancel your Litero.ai subscription at any time through your account settings.
- To cancel your subscription and any further charges, log in to your Litero.ai account, go to "Manage plan," then to "Billing center," and select "Cancel plan."
- Alternatively, you can send an email cancellation request to support@litero.ai.
- You will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy
1. Money-Back Guarantee
- Litero.ai offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.
- To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, users must:
- Have attempted at least one writing task that includes generating an initial draft
- Provide specific examples showing how the service did not meet their needs, such as:
- Screenshots of unclear or irrelevant AI-generated content
- Evidence of technical issues preventing task completion
- Documentation of feature malfunction
- Submit their refund request within 30 days of their initial subscription purchase
2. Refund Eligibility
- Beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee period, payments for Litero.ai subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
- Refund requests after the guarantee period may be considered in exceptional circumstances:
- Documented technical issues preventing core feature usage
- Service unavailability exceeding 24 continuous hours
- Billing errors or unauthorized charges
3. Technical Issue Resolution
- Before processing any refund for technical issues, users must:
- Provide detailed documentation of the problem
- Allow our support team to attempt resolution through a screen-sharing session
- Demonstrate that the issue significantly impacts core functionality
4. Process for Requesting a Refund

5. Service Access Post-Refund
